Typically, orders are delivered within 5 to 7 days from date of purchase, but expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
We also offer free shipping on all orders with a subtotal of $99 or more. Please note that the discount is applied automatically at checkout, and provides free standard shipping on all qualifying domestic orders.
BellaVie MD account holders that sign up for a free account regularly receive emails with discounts and promotional specials. If you would like to receive BellaVie MD emails, please sign up for a free account and you will be added to our mailing list.
BellaVie MD charges sales tax in every U.S. state except those that do not have a sales tax:

Your credit card information is transmitted to us through a highly secure SSL connection, which cannot be intercepted. Once in our system your credit card information is encrypted, meaning no one has access to that information at any time.
We are under a strict quarterly security audit and purge all credit card information after 60 days.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging with a completed return form, and mail your return(s) to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us, once the condition of the returned items has been evaluated and the return has been processed.
Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed, at which time a refund, credit or exchange will be made. We reserve the right to refuse or deny any return requests or refunds at any time based on policy or program abuse.
