All orders are processed 1 to 2 business days after they have been placed.

Typically, orders are delivered within 5 to 7 days from date of purchase, but expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

We also offer free shipping on all orders with a subtotal of $99 or more. Please note that the discount is applied automatically at checkout, and provides free standard shipping on all qualifying domestic orders.

Your credit card information is transmitted to us through a highly secure SSL connection, which cannot be intercepted. Once in our system your credit card information is encrypted, meaning no one has access to that information at any time.

We are under a strict quarterly security audit and purge all credit card information after 60 days.

If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel your order by logging into your account. Once you have logged in, go to "Order History" then click the "Would you like to change this order?" link. You'll be directed to a page that presents a summary of your order. Simply click the "cancel" link at the bottom of the page and your order will be immediately canceled. A refund is not necessary as BellaVie MD does not charge your credit card until your order has shipped.

To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging with a completed return form, and mail your return(s) to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us, once the condition of the returned items has been evaluated and the return has been processed.

Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed, at which time a refund, credit or exchange will be made. Out of Stock means BellaVie MD does not currently have inventory for the item. In most cases, the item has been ordered and is on its way to our warehouse. The estimated time of arrival is often dependent on the manufacturer.
